LEVEL I Certification

Everyone attending the conference will receive Level I Certification. This level of certification qualifies you to promote yourself as a certified facilitator of Leading From Your Strengths events using the Leading From Your Strengths Discovery Kit. Individuals with Level I Certification can display the Leading From Your Strengths Certified Facilitator logo on web sites, promotional documents, and stationery.

LEVEL II Certification

This level of certification requires attending the conference and passing the Level II Certification exam. This level of certification qualifies you to promote yourself as a certified trainer, coach, or consultant of Leading From Your Strengths using the Leading From Your Strengths Discovery Kit. Your name, bio, and contact information will be listed on the Leading From Your Strengths web site under Certified Trainer, Coach, and Consultant. Insights will refer individuals requesting these services to this page. Individuals will contact you directly for your services. You will receive special access to a secure web page to download current updates and additional support resources. Level II individuals will be able to display one of the following certification logos: Certified Trainer, Certified Coach, or Certified Consultant. (Exam fee required)

Your registration fee includes $250.00 of product. (The Leading From Your Strengths Discovery Kit or a 10-pack of Leading From Your Strengths assessments) Admission to all conference sessions, Mexican Fiesta Buffet Lunch Wednesday, Deli Buffet lunch Thursday, and Level I Certification. Additional "guest" registrations from the same organization will be discounted and include lunch on both days but will not receive the Discovery Kit or assessments. Family member "lunch only" tickets good for both days can be purchased at time of registration.

Room rates: $99.00 per two-room suite includes cooked-to-order breakfast each morning and complimentary evening reception. Be sure to mention you are attending the Leading From Your Strengths Leaders and Coaches Conference.

Reservations should be made through the hotel as soon as possible. Reservations are on a space available basis only and rooms are limited. Alternate lodging will be posted on the conference web site.
